What is the Two-Hearted Club?
Do you remember how good it felt to open the postbox and be surprised by a letter, a real one, on paper, with your name on it?
Every month, you will receive a poem of mine, illustrated and signed by me, accompanied by a short letter in which I ramble about what inspires me, details of my daily life, the creative process,
in short… it’s as if we were chatting over a cup of tea.
It’s called the Two-Hearted Club because it marries two of my loves:
my love of poetry and my love of drawing and painting.
But it could be named the Three-Hearted Club, because the third is my love of seeing a smile on someone’s face, especially if it’s caused by an artwork that passed through my hands.
What does it include?
Every Month
-> An illustrated poem size A6 (10,5 x 14,8 cm / 4,1 x 5,8 in), which you can collect, frame or offer as a gift.
-> A letter with my reflections on the past month, what inspires me, the challenges I’m facing, life in general… it will be like receiving a letter from a friend: me!
-> An automatic entry into the draw for the original illustration of the month.
That’s right! Every month, the original painting that illustrates that month’s poem will be raffled among our club members! So, for the symbolic price of this subscription, you could be lucky enough to receive an original painting, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
How does it work?
You Have 3 Options:
1- Annual Subscription: You pay for 12 illustrated poems in one go
(this is the most affordable option):
Portugal: €9.50 x 12 months, for a total of €114
International: €11.50 x 12 months for a total of €138
2- Monthly Subscription: You pay for 1 illustrated poem/month for an indefinite period – which you can cancel whenever you want:
Portugal: €11/month
International: €13/month
3- Single Purchase: You buy only one illustrated poem:
Portugal: €15
International: €17
-> Postage (by standard, non-registered mail) is included in all prices.
-> Sign up in one month and receive the following month’s illustrated poem. (For example, if you sign up by 31st January, you will receive the February illustrated poem during the month of February.)
-> On the 1st of each month, the original illustration is raffled off amongst all subscribers. If you are the lucky winner, instead of a reproduction, you will receive the original accompanied by a certificate of authenticity!
