PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER

If there is a return due to force majeure, it must be returned in perfect condition, without being wrinkled, folded or torn. You will first need to send an email to find out if your order fits within this parameter.

DEFECTS
If your product has a defect, a return for another identical product may be agreed (depending on the product in question), from the moment the artist receives the returned product and the defect is confirmed.
